Returns PolicyYou have the right to cancel your order within seven days of purchasing it, or seven days from receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Your payment will be refunded, provided you return any goods despatched to you. Please write to us stating your wish to cancel the transaction, including a copy of the confirmation email you received when you purchased the goods. We regret that we cannot make cash refunds for CDs or cassettes in which the cellophane wrapping has been broken. However, goods which are found to be defective will be replaced on a like-for-like basis of you return them to us within 28 days of receiving them. |
